About Us

Mark Waterman and Marie DunneDunne & Waterman was established in 2014 as a partnership between Mark Waterman and Marie Dunne who have worked together successfully for many years.

Both are highly experienced and work as an open and equal partnership with professional support. The firm is based in central London and has an international bias whilst covering the normal services expected by both corporate entities and private individuals, trusts and charities wherever they may be based.

Our clients benefit from the knowledge and combined experience of both partners. Although a young and dynamic firm, the partners have between them over 40 years of experience. We are an expanding, successful business, growing through referrals and new work from companies and individuals based in or moving to the UK. We welcome new clients, whom we hope will benefit from the following attributes of our firm:

  • A partner led relationship with either Mark or Marie. Both partners are fully conversant with all of the needs of every client of the firm. This we believe sets us apart from many other firms where you may find yourself dealing with a more junior member of staff or subject to multiple contacts within the firm.
  • An holistic approach to each client’s needs.
  • Transparency regarding fees. We are happy to offer a fixed fee basis for compliance work.
  • A choice by you as to how much you wish us to do. We offer a complete ‘one stop’ service or can deal with specific issues.
  • A simple synopsis of difficult areas which we aim to be easily understandable and which sets out the more important matters.
  • Liaison with your other advisors to ensure that you receive an efficient and cost effective service.
