Statutory audit

Dunne & Waterman are registered to carry on audit work in the UK and Ireland by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and provide a partner lead service. We have experience in the audits of both small and larger companies, ranging from small UK subsidiaries of larger offshore groups to UK companies, operating in particular in the financial, hotel and manufacturing sectors.

Non statutory audit

In addition, many companies and trusts, may prefer to have their accounts audited even though there is no statutory requirement to do so. The audit can give the shareholders or trustees additional reassurance and protection.

Independent examination

Some charities also require an audit, and smaller charities may need an independent review. Dunne & Waterman understand the requirements of charities, and can also advise on the implications of a charity starting to trade.
